Made by Lindsey Thornburg, one of the most popular designs ever made by Pendelton, crafted of USA-made wool from their Oregon mill. In 1923, President Warren Harding and his wife Florence came west to dedicate a portion of the old Oregon Trail. At the ceremony, local chiefs presented the first lady with a Pendleton shawl inspired by the Chief Joseph blanket.
Constructed from re-worked blanket remnants, each Patchwork cloak is unique.
Fully lined cropped aviator jacket with raglan sleeves and slanted welt pockets. Also features a buckled collar and zipper fastenings at the center front and lower sleeves.
